Are My Personal Data Safe in LegalClick?
Yes, your personal data is safe. The LegalClick digital service solution complies with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We also use digital security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and protection from unauthorized access or use.
How Do You Ensure That Service Order Information Is Sent Only to the Client Who Placed the Order?
When ordering services through the LegalClick digital service solution, a two-step identity verification is applied to ensure that all order-related information is delivered only to the rightful client.
First, you must enter your email address twice (without the option to copy) to avoid errors. Then, a one-time verification code is sent to the specified email address, which must be entered in the LegalClick digital service solution. Only after confirming this code can the order be submitted. All consultations are confidential and carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information you provide is not shared with third parties without your consent.
Why Do the Entered Data Disappear When Using the Firefox Browser on a Mobile Device?
When you are at the request verification stage and check your email for the confirmation code on your mobile device, the Firefox browser may be temporarily suspended or closed by the phone’s operating system. When you return to the browser, the page often reloads, and the completed request form returns to the initial filling stage (service type selection) – the entered data is not saved.
This is caused by technical features of the Firefox browser and is not an error of the digital service solution.
We recommend using other, more stable browsers – depending on your mobile device, this could be Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. These browsers do not have this issue, making the digital service solution easier to use.
Can LegalClick Refuse to Provide an Ordered Service?
Yes. LegalClick experts may decline to provide a service if:
- The inquiry involves illegal and/or criminal activities such as money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or other unlawful commercial or financial practices.
- There is a conflict of interest, such as when the potential client is on the opposite side of an existing or previous representation, dispute, or contractual relationship.
- The inquiry requires an unreasonably fast response or a consultation that cannot be provided to the expected quality due to disproportionately short deadlines or objective circumstances (e.g., preparing complex legal or financial documents within hours, issuing an expert opinion the same day without sufficient information or preparation, or conducting analysis requiring additional research, data verification, or coordination with third parties).
In these cases, the order will be canceled, and any paid fees refunded.
Can the Expert Opinions Obtained Through LegalClick Be Used as Official Legal or Financial Documents?
The expert opinions provided through LegalClick are advisory in nature and cannot be considered official legal or financial documents.
They are intended for informational and guidance purposes – to help you better understand a situation or make decisions – but they do not carry binding legal force and cannot be submitted as official evidence to institutions or courts.
